Sean & I canned a lot of peaches/nectarines over the summer and it is a delight to crack open a jar and eat them with your fingers and yearn for warmer days. The sugar syrup left behind makes a great lemonade base and would probably be pretty tasty spiked. Let us know if you want any peach infused sugar water!
