Peanut Butter Cups!
Melt chocolate in double boiler. Fill petit four cups/mini muffin liners with a tablespoon of chocolate and tip to coat sides and bottom of liner. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, beat together 2 cups peanut butter, 1 cup icing sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla and a pinch of salt until well combined and smooth.
Pipe/spoon into set chocolate cups. Pour enough chocolate over PB, top with coarse or flake salt and rechill.
