Notes for this super easy recipe that I can’t get enough:
- Don’t be shy on the spices
- Didn’t have fenugreek but added a touch of cayenne (fine to me)
- Throw all the spices in before the aromatics to open up the spices
- Add a thumb of grated ginger
- Don’t skip the lime
- Did you know that lentils are only behind soy bean and hemp for highest protein content?! And Canada is the world’s top lentil producer?! Now you do!
